A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WAS CENTERED OVER SOUTHERN MANITOBA THIS
MORNING AND IS FORECAST TO LIFT NORTHEAST THROUGH THE DAY. SHOWERS
ARE LIKELY NEAR AND NORTH OF THE LOW...BECOMING MORE SCATTERED OR
ISOLATED IN NATURE OVER SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF THE NORTHERN PLAINS.

THERE WILL BE BREEZY CONDITIONS TODAY WITH HIGHS RANGING FROM THE 50S
OVER WESTERN PORTIONS OF THE REGION...TO THE LOWER 70S IN THE
EASTERN DAKOTAS AND INTO SOUTHERN MINNESOTA. EXPECT RAIN CHANCES
TO RETURN TO THE NORTHERN PART OF THE REGION ON THURSDAY.
