Look for lows this morning mostly in the single digits and teens
above zero across the Northern Plains. Southern areas of
Minnesota will be near freezing, where chances for rain, snow, and
freezing rain will be possible through the overnight hours.

Mild conditions are expected to persist through the upcoming
weekend. Regional highs will range between 10 and 15 degrees
above average. Conditions will be mostly dry for the week, though
chances for precipitation will return to the forecast for the
weekend.
