ISLAND AT 29N148E...THEN CONTINUES SOUTHWESTWARD TO BEYOND 130E AT
12N. EXTENSIVE CLOUDINESS WITH RAIN...SCATTERED SHOWERS AND A FEW
THUNDERSTORMS ARE FOUND ALONG AND UP TO 400 MILES NORTH OF THIS
BOUNDARY.

A TRADE-WIND DISTURBANCE IS PRODUCING SCATTERED SHOWERS AND A FEW
THUNDERSTORMS FROM SOUTH OF GUAM TO WEST OF CHUUK WITHIN 170 MILES

A NEAR-EQUATORIAL TROUGH EXTENDS EAST-NORTHEASTWARD FROM SOUTH OF
KOSRAE AT EQ161E THROUGH A CIRCULATION CENTERED EAST OF BUTARITARI
NEAR 3N177E TO BEYOND 180 AT 4N. STRONG TRADE-WIND CONVERGENCE
ASSOCIATED WITH THESE FEATURES IS CAUSING SCATTERED SHOWERS AND A
FEW THUNDERSTORMS SOUTH OF POHNPEI...OVER KOSRAE AND SOUTH OF
