PARTS OF THE TRI-STATE THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE MORNING
COMMUTE. VISIBILITIES MAY QUICKLY GO FROM GOOD TO POOR IN A SHORT
DISTANCE. IN FACT...VISIBILITIES MAY DROP TO A QUARTER MILE OR LESS
IN SPOTS.  THE FOG IS EXPECTED TO BURN OFF BETWEEN 9 AM AND 10 AM.
