PATCHY DENSE FOG WILL PRODUCE VISIBILITIES OF A HALF MILE OR LESS
AT TIMES THROUGH MID MORNING. MOTORISTS SHOULD SLOW DOWN AND BE
PREPARED FOR SUDDEN RESTRICTIONS IN VISIBILITIES TO AS LOW AS A
QUARTER MILE OR LESS IN SPOTS. THE FOG SHOULD BEGIN TO CLEAR OUT
OVER MOST AREAS BY 1000 AM EDT.
