...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS LIKELY INTO MID EVENING...

A BATCH OF SHOWERS AND LOCALLY INTENSE THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE
TO AFFECT PORTIONS OF NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS AND THE NORTHERN AND
NORTHWESTERN SUBURBS OF CHICAGO THROUGH 930 PM CDT. THE STORMS
WILL SPREAD SLOWLY SOUTHWARD INTO THE WESTERN AND CLOSER IN
NORTHERN SUBURBS OF CHICAGO AS WELL AS BACK INTO DE KALB COUNTY.
THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE TORRENTIAL RAINFALL AND CONTINUOUS
LIGHTNING...IN ADDITION...ISOLATED STRONGER STORMS COULD PRODUCE
HAIL AS LARGE AS A HALF INCH TO AN INCH IN DIAMETER AND WIND GUSTS
OVER 40 MPH.
