...PATCHY DENSE FOG OVER EASTERN NORTH CAROLINA EARLY THIS
MORNING...

Patchy dense fog with visibilities around 1/4 mile has developed
over mainly inland sections of Eastern North Carolina early this
morning. The fog will persist through 7 AM EDT, then is expected
to burn off by 9 AM EDT.

Motorists should be alert for suddenly reduced visibilities. Drive
at reduced speeds and use headlights on low beam.
