CENTRAL MINNESOTA AND WEST CENTRAL MINNESOTA...INCLUDING ALONG
PORTIONS OF INTERSTATES 94 AND 35. MOTORISTS MAY ENCOUNTER
RAPIDLY CHANGING VISIBILITIES...DOWN TO ONE QUARTER OF A MILE IN
SPOTS. THE FOG WILL BEGIN TO LIFT AFTER 9 AM CDT.
