PATCHES PERSIST THROUGH 11 AM. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO CONTINUE TO
USE EXTRA CAUTION... TRAVELLING BELOW THE POSTED SPEEDS... KEEPING
A SAFE DISTANCE AWAY FROM OTHER VEHICLES TO AVOID THE NEED FOR
SUDDEN BRAKING... AND BEING PARTICULARLY CAUTIOUS ON BRIDGES AND
OVERPASSES... AS WELL AS IN AREAS WHERE SNOWMELT RUNOFF MAY BE
RESULTING IN CONCENTRATED AREAS OF THICKER ICE.
