HIGH PRESSURE WILL SLIDE BY TO OUR SOUTH TODAY...PROVIDING QUIET AND
COMFORTABLE WEATHER FOR THE AFTERNOON. LOW PRESSURE WILL TAKE SHAPE
OVER THE WESTERN LAKES HEADING INTO LATE WEEK...WITH A WARM FRONT
LIFTING NORTH INTO THE AREA THURSDAY...FOLLOWED BY A COLD FRONT
THURSDAY NIGHT INTO FRIDAY. THESE FEATURES WILL COMBINE TO DELIVER A
COUPLE ROUNDS OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TO THE AREA...BEFORE DRY
AND MUCH COOLER CONDITIONS RETURN FOR THE WEEKEND AND EARLY NEXT
WEEK.

HIGH TEMPERATURES TODAY WILL RANGE THROUGH THE UPPER 70S AND LOW 80S
ACROSS THE STATE...WITH LOWS TONIGHT MAINLY IN THE 60S.

HERE IS THE HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK FOR EASTERN UPPER AND NORTHERN
LOWER MICHIGAN.

SEVERAL ROUNDS OF THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS NORTHERN
MICHIGAN VERY LATE TONIGHT INTO LATE THURSDAY NIGHT. AS IT STANDS
NOW...THE BEST CHANCE FOR STORMS WILL BE THURSDAY MORNING...AND
AGAIN BETWEEN 10PM AND 5AM THURSDAY NIGHT. SOME OF THESE STORMS
COULD BE SEVERE...PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS AND LARGE HAIL.
