NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE GAYLORD MI

AN AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE STRETCHING BETWEEN QUEBEC AND THE GULF
COAST...WILL GENERATE NEARLY SEASONAL TEMPERATURES ACROSS NORTHERN
MICHIGAN THROUGH THE WEEKEND. A WEAK UPPER LEVEL FEATURE PASSING
OVER THE GREAT LAKES...WILL GENERATE SOME CHANCE FOR SHOWERS BETWEEN
MANISTEE AND SAGINAW BAY ON SUNDAY.

A LARGE AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL BE ANCHORED OVER THE EASTERN ONE
THIRD OF THE COUNTRY TO BEGIN THE UPCOMING WORK WEEK. THIS PATTERN
WILL GENERATE PLENTY OF SUN OF ACROSS NORTHERN MICHIGAN NEXT
WEEK...WITH TEMPERATURES WARMING FROM THE MID 80S MONDAY TO NEAR 90
DEGREES BY MIDWEEK.

HIGH TEMPERATURES TODAY WILL BE NEARLY SEASONAL IN THE UPPER 70S AND
LOWER 80S STATEWIDE.

LOW TEMPERATURES TONIGHT WILL RANGE FROM THE 50S NORTH
TO THE 60S SOUTH.

HERE IS THE HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK FOR NORTHERN LOWER AND EASTERN
UPPER MICHIGAN.

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED THROUGH THE WEEKEND.
