LOCATED ABOUT 1200 MILES SOUTHEAST OF HILO CONTINUES TO PRODUCE
SPORADIC SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. UPPER LEVEL WINDS ARE NOT
CONDUCIVE FOR FURTHER DEVELOPMENT AS THE SYSTEM TRACKS SLOWLY
TOWARD THE WEST.
