EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM AKST TUESDAY NORTH AND WEST OF KING SALMON...

* LOCATION...AREAS NORTH AND WEST OF KING SALMON INCLUDING
  DILLINGHAM AND KOLIGANEK.

* SNOW...5 TO 8 INCHES.

* VISIBILITY...REDUCED TO ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES.

* WIND...NORTHEAST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 35 MPH.

* TIMING...MODERATE SNOW ACCOMPANIED BY GUSTY WINDS HAVE ALREADY
  DEVELOPED AND BEGUN TO REDUCE VISIBILITIES. BOTH WINDS AND SNOW
  WILL BEGIN TO TAPER OFF TUESDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL MAY BE DIFFICULT. VISIBILITIES WILL BE
  LIMITED IN FALLING AND BLOWING SNOW

  SAINT GEORGE EARLY THIS EVENING. VISIBILITIES WILL INCREASE AS
  BLOWING SNOW DIMINISHES BY THE MID MORNING HOURS TUESDAY.

* WIND CHILL VALUES...30 TO 45 BELOW ZERO.

* TIMING...THE MOST DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS WILL BE THIS EVENING AS
  TEMPERATURES BEGIN TO GRADUALLY WARM OVERNIGHT.

* IMPACTS...INCREASED RISK OF HYPOTHERMIA AND FROSTBITE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND STRONG WINDS
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN
FROSTBITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.
