URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...Hazardous, Icy Travel Tonight On Any Untreated And Secondary
Roads...

.Icy travel has been reported in areas and there has been
accidents in southeast Minnesota. Untreated and secondary roads
will become ice covered tonight, if they are not already, as
temperatures drop below freezing. Also, be alert for areas of
dense fog especially on ridge top locations.

Another round of freezing rain, possibly mixed with snow or sleet,
will move across the area after midnight tonight through Tuesday
morning. Additional ice accumulations up to around two tenths of
an inch are expected leading hazardous travel conditions for the
Tuesday morning commute.
