URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE
National Weather Service Gray ME
838 AM EST Tue Jan 23 2018

...FREEZING RAIN CONTINUES...

.Precipitation will continue to expand and fill in from the
southwest this morning. With temperatures remaining below freezing
across most of the forecast area, the majority of this
precipitation is expected to be in the form of freezing rain.
Gradually around noon warmer air is expected to move into southern
New Hampshire and coastal western Maine. Any remaining
precipitation will change to rain and begin to taper off.
Precipitation is expected to be fairly heavy, which may mitigate
the icing threat some as rain runs off before freezing on tree
limbs and power lines.
