* WINDS...WEST 25 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 55 MPH.

* TIMING...WINDS WILL DIMINISH RAPIDLY LATE THIS EVENING AND
  CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE.

* IMPACTS...VISIBILITY WILL BE VERY POOR AND SNOW WILL
  ACCUMULATE INTO DRIFTS. WHITEOUT CONDITIONS SHOULD BE
  EXPECTED. TRAVEL AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES WILL BE EXTREMELY
  DIFFICULT.
