* HAZARD TYPES...HEAVY SNOW.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...8 TO 12 INCHES.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL BE HEAVY AT TIMES THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON...
  BEFORE TAPERING OFF DURING THE MID EVENING.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE LOW TO MID 30S.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL IN THESE AREAS WILL BE VERY DIFFICULT TODAY AND
  THIS EVENING. ANYONE WITH HOLIDAY TRAVEL PLANS ARE URGED TO
  CONSIDER ALTERING THEIR PLANS...OR TRAVEL AFTER ROADS ARE

  BEFORE TAPERING OFF FROM SOUTH TO NORTH DURING THE MID

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 1 TO 3 INCHES, MAINLY
  IN THE NORTHERN PORTIONS OF THE COUNTIES.

* HAZARD TYPES...WET SNOW.

* TIMING...A MIX OF RAIN AND SNOW LATE THIS MORNING WILL CHANGE
  OVER TO WET SNOW FROM NORTH TO SOUTH THROUGH THE EARLY
  AFTERNOON. THE SNOW MAY MIX WITH SLEET, ESPECIALLY IN THE
  SOUTHERN PORTIONS OF THE COUNTIES.

* WINDS...NORTH 15 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.
