  GRADUALLY DECREASE LATE TONIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...ACCUMULATING SNOW ON HIGH ELEVATION ROAD SURFACES WILL
  CREATE WINTER DRIVING CONDITIONS. THIS INCLUDES ALL PASSES
  THROUGH THE MOUNTAINS OF UTAH.

  LESS. STORM TOTAL ACCUMULATIONS 2 TO 4 INCHES VALLEY FLOORS AND
  6 TO 12 INCHES BENCHES.

* TIMING...ACROSS NORTHERN UTAH SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THIS
  EVENING BEFORE TURNING SHOWERY FOR LATE TONIGHT AND EARLY FRIDAY
  MORNING. ACROSS CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN UTAH SNOW WILL INCREASE
  AGAIN THIS EVENING AND CONTINUE THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...MAINLY THROUGH THE BENCH AREAS ALONG THE WASATCH
  FRONT AND CACHE VALLEY...AND ALONG THE INTERSTATE 15 CORRIDOR
  FROM SOUTHERN UTAH COUNTY THROUGH THE CEDAR CITY AREA. THESE
  AREAS WILL RECEIVE ACCUMULATING SNOW ON AREA ROADS WITH WINTER
  DRIVING CONDITIONS EXPECTED.

  THE HEAVIEST SNOWS ACROSS TOOELE COUNTY. SNOW WILL TURN SHOWERY
  LATE TONIGHT...WITH LINGERING SHOWERS INTO FRIDAY MORNING.

* WINDS...GUSTY NORTH WINDS OF 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS
  APPROACHING 40 MPH WILL PERSIST THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING.

* IMPACTS...ACCUMULATING SNOW ON ROAD SURFACES WILL CREATE WINTER
  DRIVING CONDITIONS.
