* WHAT...Wind chill values will continue to increase into the
  afternoon hours. Winds will subside this evening and into the
  overnight also.

* WHERE...Portions of west central Arkansas, east central
  Oklahoma, northeast Oklahoma, and southeast Oklahoma.

...WIND CHILL ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM CST THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills from -5 to -10 degrees are
  expected. The cold wind chills will cause frostbite in as little
  as 30 minutes to exposed skin.

* WHERE...Portions of far northwest Arkansas and far northeast
  Oklahoma.

* WHEN...Through 4 PM this afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will
combine to create low wind chills. Frost bite and hypothermia can
occur if precautions are not taken. Make sure you wear a hat and
gloves.
