WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS, WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A RIDGE OF 30.4 INCHES WILL BUILD OVER THE UPPER
GREAT LAKES TODAY. THIS RIDGE WILL MOVE OVER EASTERN ONTARIO AND
WESTERN QUEBEC BY SUNDAY AND STRENGTHEN TO 30.5 INCHES...WHILE A
29.4 INCH LOW DEVELOPS IN THE CENTRAL PLAINS. BY MONDAY...THIS LOW
WILL DEEPEN TO 29.2 INCHES AS IT LIFTS NORTHEAST ACROSS WISCONSIN
AND UP INTO CENTRAL PORTIONS OF UPPER MICHIGAN. THE LOW WILL
WEAKEN TO AROUND 29.4 INCHES AS IT LIFTS NORTHEAST INTO QUEBEC ON
TUESDAY...LEAVING A TROUGH OF 29.9 INCHES DRAPED ACROSS THE UPPER
GREAT LAKES. THE PRESSURE GRADIENT WILL THEN RELAX ACROSS THE
UPPER GREAT LAKES AS A WEAK HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.1 INCHES LINGERS
WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY...WHILE A LOW OF 29.6 INCHES LIFTS ACROSS
THE OHIO RIVER VALLEY.
