Open Lake Forecast for Lake Superior

For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.2 inch trough over the Upper Mississippi Valley
will consolidate into a low over southern Lake Michigan by Monday
afternoon, then dissipate while drifting across the eastern Great
Lakes through Tuesday. Tuesday night through Wednesday night, Lake
Superior will be between 29.6 inch low pressure over far northern
Ontario and 30.8 inch high pressure over the Middle Mississippi
Valley. A 29.8 inch trough will then drift from northern Ontario to
the Upper Great Lakes Thursday through Friday.
