TODAY MOVES INTO THE NORTHERN PLAINS. THIS LOW WILL THEN MOVE INTO
ONTARIO ON THURSDAY. EXPECT ANOTHER 29.6 INCH LOW TO DEVELOP IN THE
CENTRAL PLAINS ON FRIDAY AND DRIFT INTO THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI RIVER
VALLEY ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH AVERAGING 29.9
