WHILE A 29.7 INCH LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM DIVES SOUTHEAST FROM CENTRAL
SASKATCHEWAN THIS MORNING INTO THE MID MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEY ON
SUNDAY. ANOTHER 29.5 INCH LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPING IN WEST CENTRAL
CANADA ON SUNDAY WILL THEN FOLLOW SOUTHEAST ACROSS LAKE WINNIPEG ON
MONDAY MORNING AND THROUGH WISCONSIN ON MONDAY EVENING WHILE
WEAKENING TO 29.9 INCHES. LOOK FOR A 30.2 INCH HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE
NORTHERN PLAINS ON TUESDAY TO SHIFT EAST INTO THE OHIO RIVER VALLEY
ON WEDNESDAY TO THE SOUTH OF A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH AVERAGING 30.0
