average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.7 inch high will track across the Great Lakes
region eventually moving into southern Quebec by Thursday night.
A weak 30.1 inch trough will pass across the western Great Lakes
on Friday followed by weak a ridge of 30.3 inches on Saturday. A
low averaging 29.0 inches will track across the Great Lakes
region Saturday night through Sunday.
