EAST COAST THROUGH TUESDAY AS 29.6 INCH LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPING OVER
THE NORTH AND SOUTH DAKOTA BORDER THIS EVENING TRACKS ACROSS THE WEST
HALF OF LAKE SUPERIOR TUESDAY MORNING AND EARLY AFTERNOON. THE LOW
WILL THEN REACH WESTERN QUEBEC AT 29.4 INCHES BY WEDNESDAY MORNING.
IN ITS WAKE...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES OVER LAKE WINNIPEG TUESDAY
NIGHT WILL BUILD SOUTHEAST AND SETTLE OVER THE UPPER GREAT LAKES BY
THURSDAY. THE HIGH WILL WEAKEN TO 30.1 INCHES AS IT DRIFTS OVER THE
GREAT LAKES REGION FRIDAY INTO SATURDAY WHILE A BROAD 29.7 INCH LOW
