MONDAY...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS WILL
MOVE OVER THE MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY. A 29.7 INCH LOW PRESSURE OVER
NORTHERN ONTARIO MONDAY AFTERNOON WILL DISSIPATE OVER EASTERN ONTARIO
TUESDAY MORNING AS HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE OHIO VALLEY BUILDS OVER THE
