For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A low pressure over the central plains will deepen to
29.4 inches today as it tracks to the Upper Great Lakes tonight.
This low will strengthen to 29.3 inches as it reaches southern
Quebec on Sunday afternoon. In the wake of this low, high pressure
of 30.4 inches will track across the Southern Plains on Sunday
and extend a ridge of 30.1 inches over the Great Lakes on Monday.
A weak trough of 29.9 inches will quickly sweep over the Upper
Great Lakes area Monday into Tuesday, followed by a 30.1 inch
ridge.

building to 8 to 11 feet occasionally to 14 feet.
.SUNDAY...North winds 20 to 30 knots becoming northwest 10 to
20 knots in the afternoon, then becoming west 15 to 25 knots
late. A slight chance of showers through early afternoon. Waves
subsiding to 2 to 4 feet.
