For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.3 inch high pressure ridge has shifted east into
the Upper Great Lakes this afternoon. As the high moves over
southern Quebec on Wednesday evening, a 29.7 inch low pressure
trough will emerge over the western High Plains. This low will
track northeast and strengthen to 29.2 inches over Hudson Bay by
Friday as it pushes a 29.9 inch trough across Lake Superior. A
30.3 inch ridge will briefly move over Lake Superior early
Saturday, but a 29.7 inch low will quickly swing out of the
southern plains over the central Great Lakes on Sunday.
