Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure system of 30.3 inches located over
the lower Great Lakes will move off the New England Coast by this
afternoon. A 29.8 inch trough will then track across the Upper
Great Lakes this evening. Brief ridging of 30.1 inches will pass
through the area on Sunday followed by a trough of 29.9 inches
Sunday night. This trough deepens to 29.7 inches on Monday. High
pressure of 30.6 inches will then cross into the northern Plains
late Tuesday, reaching the Great Lakes by Wednesday evening.
