For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure of 29.4 inches across Northern Quebec
will remain nearly stationary through Wednesday morning. A 30.0
inch ridge over the northern Plains will drift to the Upper Great
Lakes through Wednesday. The ridge will shift over the Lower Great
Lakes on Thursday as a 29.4 inch low develops near Lake Winnipeg.
An associated 29.7 inch trough will linger over the Upper Great
Lakes through Friday. A weak 29.9 inch trough will follow a quick
moving ridge on Saturday.
