UPPER GREAT LAKES BY THURSDAY. THE HIGH WILL WEAKEN TO 30.1 INCHES AS
IT DRIFTS OVER THE OHIO VALLEY FRIDAY AND MOVES OFF THE EAST COAST
SATURDAY. A 29.5 INCH LOW PRESSURE OVER SOUTHERN SASKATCHEWAN FRIDAY
