For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A low over central Ontario of 29.5 inches this morning
will extend a trough of 29.6 inches over the upper Great Lakes
which will remain through Sunday with a strengthening low of
29.4 inches that will move into eastern Ontario Sunday night. The
low will reach James Bay on Monday as a 29.9 inch ridge builds
across the Upper Mississippi River Valley through Wednesday.
