WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS, WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.7 INCH LOW PRESSURE OVER QUEBEC WILL TRACK
EASTWARD THIS AFTERNOON...WITH A 29.9 INCH TROUGH EXTENDING BACK
OVER THE UPPER GREAT LAKES. A 29.5 INCH LOW PRESSURE WILL DEVELOP
OVER THE OHIO VALLEY TONIGHT AND TRACK OVER THE LOWER GREAT LAKES
THURSDAY AND NEW ENGLAND ON FRIDAY. A 29.9 INCH RIDGE EXTENDING
FROM THE WESTERN DAKOTAS TO HUDSON BAY TODAY WILL REACH THE UPPER
GREAT LAKES ON THURSDAY AND WEAKEN TO 29.7 INCHES. THE RIDGE WILL
SHIFT EAST ON FRIDAY AS LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES MOVES EAST TO
SOUTHERN MANITOBA. THIS LOW WILL WEAKEN TO 29.7 INCHES OVER
NORTHERN ONTARIO ON SATURDAY.
