.SYNOPSIS...30.0 INCH HIGH PRESSURE CENTERED SOUTH OF JAMES BAY LATE
THIS MORNING WILL WEAKEN TO 29.9 INCHES AS IT MOVES EASTWARD TO
CENTRAL QUEBEC THROUGH TONIGHT. 29.7 INCH LOW PRESSURE CENTERED
BETWEEN GRAND FORKS AND LAKE WINNIPEG WILL GRADUALLY MOVE SOUTHEAST
TO LOWER MICHIGAN BY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...PASSING JUST SOUTH OF LAKE
SUPERIOR ON TUESDAY. IT WILL SLOWLY DISSIPATE OVER THE LOWER GREAT
LAKES ON THURSDAY. BROAD LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES WILL THEN
DEVELOP OVER THE CENTRAL AND NORTHERN HIGH PLAINS WEDNESDAY WHILE
30.2 INCH HIGH PRESSURE SETTLES OVER NORTHERN QUEBEC. THIS GENERAL
PATTERN WILL PERSIST INTO THE WEEKEND WHILE A PORTION OF THE TROUGH
EXTENDS EASTWARD ACROSS THE MIDDLE MISSISSIPPI VALLEY ON FRIDAY.
