NORTHEAST OVERNIGHT. THE NORTHERN EDGE OF THE TROUGH WILL STRENGTHEN
TO 29.0 INCHES MONDAY NIGHT AS IT MOVES OVER JAMES BAY. THE SOUTHERN
END OF THE TROUGH...AT 29.6 INCHES...WILL SLIDE EAST ACROSS LAKE
SUPERIOR LATE TONIGHT AND THROUGH THE DAY MONDAY. TUESDAY...THE
UPPER GREAT LAKES REGION WILL BE BETWEEN A 29.0 INCH LOW OVER HUDSON
BAY AND A 30.0 INCH HIGH OVER THE SOUTHEASTERN STATES. THE HIGH WILL
EXPAND ACROSS THE MID-ATLANTIC STATES WEDNESDAY AS A BROAD 29.6 INCH
TROUGH DEVELOPS OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS. THE TROUGH WILL SHIFT
