STATES ON WEDNESDAY. A 29.6 INCH TROUGH EXTENDING FROM NORTHERN
ALBERTA TO THE NORTHERN HIGH PLAINS WEDNESDAY MORNING WILL GRADUALLY
WEAKEN TO 29.8 INCHES WHILE DRIFTING EASTWARD THROUGH THE END OF THE
