NORTHERN PLAINS EAST ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES AND INTO QUEBEC
WILL REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY INTO SATURDAY. AT THE SAME TIME...A
29.8 INCH LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM IN THE MID MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEY
WILL MOVE EAST THROUGH THE OHIO RIVER VALLEY AND INTO THE MID
ATLANTIC STATES ON SATURDAY WHILE DEEPENING TO 29.5 INCHES. ON SUNDAY
AND MONDAY...EXPECT A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH AVERAGING 29.8 INCHES TO
DROP SOUTHEAST THROUGH ONTARIO AND THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEY
INTO THE GREAT LAKES. A WEAK HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE AVERAGING 29.9
INCHES WILL BUILD TOWARD THE UPPER LAKES ON TUESDAY AS THE TROUGH
SWINGS TO THE SOUTHEAST.
