For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A high of 30.7 inches over the central Plains will
remain nearly stationary as a low of 29.7 inches approaches the
Great Lakes Thursday night. The low will swing through the area
early Friday after which yet another low of 29.6 inches will pass
through the western Great Lakes Friday night. Brief ridging of
30.1 inches on Saturday night will give way to yet another low of
29.6 inches expected to push through the Great Lakes on Sunday
night into Monday morning. Such a pattern will prevail through
next week.
