Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.9 inch high pressure ridge centered over Minnesota
this evening will build into the Great Lakes tonight. The ridge will
continue to shift eastward to the Lower Great Lakes and New England
on Tuesday before a quick moving trough of 29.6 inches sweeps
through the Upper Great Lakes on Wednesday evening. On Thursday, a
30.1 inch ridge moves across the Upper Great Lakes and builds to
30.3 inches on Friday. A 29.8 inch trough tracks across the Upper
Great Lakes on Saturday.
