.SYNOPSIS...A 30.4 INCH RIDGE OVER NORTHERN ONTARIO WILL SHIFT
EASTWARD TO QUEBEC TODAY AS A 29.5 INCH LOW PRESSURE OVER THE
CENTRAL PLAINS LIFTS A 29.7 INCH TROUGH NORTHWARD ACROSS LAKE
SUPERIOR. BY TUESDAY...THE LOW WILL DEVOLVE INTO AN ELONGATED
TROUGH FROM NORTHERN ONTARIO TO THE MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY...WHERE
IT WILL REMAIN THROUGH WEDNESDAY. A 29.4 INCH LOW WILL ORGANIZE
ALONG THIS TROUGH OVER CENTRAL WISCONSIN WEDNESDAY
AFTERNOON...THEN LIFT NORTHWARD ACROSS UPPER MICHIGAN ON THURSDAY
