IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.5 INCH HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER WESTERN QUEBEC
WILL DRIFT SLOWLY TO THE EAST THIS WEEKEND WHILE A 29.7 INCH LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER IOWA DRIFTS OVER LAKE SUPERIOR SUNDAY
EVENING AND WESTERN ONTARIO MONDAY MORNING. THE LOW WILL REACH
NORTHERN QUEBEC ON TUESDAY WITH A TROUGH AVERAGING 29.8 INCHES
LINGERING OVER THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES. A 29.6 INCH LOW PRESSURE
WILL DEVELOP ON THIS TROUGH TUESDAY AND DISSIPATE OVER EASTERN
ONTARIO WEDNESDAY. A 30.0 INCH RIDGE OVER MINNESOTA WEDNESDAY
MORNING WILL WEAKEN TO 29.9 INCHES OVER THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES ON
THURSDAY.
