ACROSS NORTHERN LOWER MICHIGAN ON TUESDAY NIGHT AND INTO SOUTHERN
QUEBEC ON WEDNESDAY WHILE DEEPENING TO 29.2 INCHES. ALTHOUGH THIS
LOW WILL EXIT EAST INTO THE CANADIAN MARITIMES ON THURSDAY...A LOW
PRESSURE TROUGH AVERAGING 30.0 INCHES WILL LINGER BACK INTO THE
UPPER GREAT LAKES WHILE A 30.5 INCH HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS INTO SOUTH
CENTRAL CANADA. THIS HIGH PRESSURE CENTER WILL SLIDE INTO THE MID
MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEY ON FRIDAY BUT EXTEND A RIDGE AXIS AVERAGING
