ABLE TO SLIDE ACROSS LAKE SUPERIOR...WHICH WILL LINGER INTO TUESDAY
NIGHT AS THE MAIN AREA OF 30.4 INCH HIGH PRESSURE PUSHES INTO THE
OHIO VALLEY TUESDAY NIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY. AN ELONGATED AREA OF 29.9
INCH LOW PRESSURE OVER THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL PLAINS WEDNESDAY
MORNING WILL EDGE EASTWARD ACROSS ILLINOIS AND INDIANA THURSDAY
MORNING...AND OFF TO THE LOWER GREAT LAKES AND OFF THE MID ATLANTIC
STATES FRIDAY. THIS WILL BRING A TROUGH AVERAGING 30.0 INCHES TO LAKE
SUPERIOR WEDNESDAY NIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING. THE TROUGH WILL BE
REPLACED BY A 30.5 INCH RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT
