RIVER VALLEY OVERNIGHT BEFORE SETTLING OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS ON
THURSDAY. THE HIGH WILL DRIFT EASTWARD TO THE EAST COAST BY SUNDAY
AS 29.8 INCH LOW PRESSURE SETTLES OVER HUDSON BAY.
