Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.9 inch high pressure ridge over the Great Lakes
tonight will continue to shift eastward to the Lower Great Lakes
and New England on Tuesday before a quick moving trough of 29.6
inches sweeps through the Upper Great Lakes on Wednesday evening.
On Thursday, a 30.1 inch will move across the Upper Great Lakes
and builds to 30.3 inches on Friday. A 29.8 inch trough will track
across the Upper Great Lakes on Saturday.
