SHIFT TO THE LOWER GREAT LAKES THIS AFTERNOON AS A 30.2 INCH HIGH
PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER SOUTH CENTRAL CANADA BUILDS IN. THIS HIGH WILL
EXTEND SLOWLY SOUTHEAST THROUGH THE PLAINS INTO THURSDAY. AS THE LOW
MOVES INTO QUEBEC ON TUESDAY AND DEEPENS TO 29.4 INCHES...A TROUGH OF
LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.9 INCHES WILL DEVELOP OVER LAKE SUPERIOR
BEFORE FADING AWAY ON THURSDAY.
