NORTHEAST TODAY AND INTO NEWFOUNDLAND TONIGHT. A 29.8 INCH TROUGH
EXTENDING SOUTHWEST FROM THE LOW THROUGH THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES
REGION WILL MOVE SOUTHEAST OVER THE LOWER GREAT LAKES REGION BY THIS
EVENING. MEANWHILE...A 30.4 INCH HIGH PRESSURE OVER MANITOBA WILL
BUILD OVER THE UPPER GREAT LAKES TONIGHT AND REMAIN OVER THE GREAT
LAKES THROUGH WEDNESDAY WHILE SLOWLY WEAKENING TO 30.2 INCHES.
