BAY WILL LIFT NEAR JAMES BAY THIS EVENING AS A 29.6 INCH TROUGH MOVES
OVER LAKE SUPERIOR AND UPPER MICHIGAN. THE TROUGH WILL SHIFT EAST ON
TUESDAY AHEAD OF A 30.0 INCH HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE BUILDING OVER THE
NORTHERN PLAINS. ANOTHER WEAK 29.8 INCH TROUGH WILL THEN TRACK
SOUTHEASTWARD ACROSS LAKE SUPERIOR TUESDAY NIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY WHILE
THE RIDGE BUILDS ACROSS THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY. EXPECT THE
RIDGE TO DRIFT OVER THE UPPER GREAT LAKES ON THURSDAY AND THE LOWER
GREAT LAKES ON FRIDAY WHILE 29.5 INCH LOW PRESSURE ORGANIZES OVER
