INCHES BUILDING OVER THE PLAINS STATES SUNDAY NIGHT WILL SHIFT
EAST...PASSING ACROSS THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES AND OHIO VALLEY MONDAY
AND MONDAY NIGHT. AS THE HIGH REACHES THE EAST COAST TUESDAY...29.7
INCH LOW PRESSURE WILL TRACK EAST ACROSS THE CENTRAL PLAINS TO THE
SOUTH OF A 29.5 INCH LOW MOVING INTO FAR NORTHERN ONTARIO. THE
