For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A weak cold front will move through the upper Great
Lakes overnight and through the lower Great Lakes by Friday
afternoon as a low pressure system of 29.4 inches moves from
southern Manitoba into James Bay. On Saturday, the low will weaken
to 29.5 inches, with a trough extending back to a 29.6 inch low
over the Central Plains. The Central Plains low will move over
Upper Michigan Sunday while strengthening to 29.0 inches. The low
will reach James Bay at 29.2 inches on Monday as a 29.8 inch ridge
builds across the Upper Mississippi River Valley.
