.DISCUSSION...RAIN WILL FALL OVER MAINLY THE NORTH HALF OF UPPER
MICHIGAN TODAY IN ADVANCE OF A DISTURBANCE APPROACHING FROM THE WEST.
AS LOW PRESSURE DEEPENS NEAR JAMES BAY TONIGHT...STRONG NORTH TO
NORTHWEST WINDS WILL GUST AS HIGH AS 40 MPH NEAR LAKE SUPERIOR AND
DRAW COLDER AIR OVER UPPER MICHIGAN. LAKE EFFECT RAIN SHOWERS THIS
EVENING WILL MIX WITH SNOW AT TIMES INTO SATURDAY BEFORE THIS
PRECIPITATION ENDS ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING HIGH
PRESSURE SYSTEM. THE NEXT CHANCE OF RAIN WILL COME SUNDAY AFTERNOON
