507 AM EDT MON SEP 26 2016

...WET...COOL AND WINDY EARLY THIS WEEK THEN DRYING OUT WITH A
WARMING TREND...

.DISCUSSION...STRONG LOW PRESSURE NORTH OF LAKE SUPERIOR WILL
RESULT IN WINDY CONDITIONS WITH PERIODS OF RAIN SHOWERS INTO

ON WEDNESDAY ESPECIALLY IN THE MORNING...THEN HIGH PRESSURE
WILL MOVE IN FOR LATE THIS WEEK. SOME RAIN MAY OCCUR OVER EASTERN
UPPER MICHIGAN NEXT WEEKEND...BUT AT THIS POINT THE CHANCES LOOK
LOW. AFTER COOLER THAN NORMAL CONDITIONS EARLY THIS WEEK...TEMPERATURES
